Cook - Kitchen Assistant
Open Position
This is an entry level position with room for growth for hardworking and dedicated employees. This is a demanding yet rewarding position, no experience is required but a minimum of 1 year in the restaurant industry is preferred. All training will be provided although any production or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Following Kitchen Managers instructions on the correct manufacturing process for all edible/topical/liquid infused products.
- Learning the process of producing edible THC products
- Overseeing multiple batches, a day between other tasks
- Removing finished products from their molds.
- Assisting in the preparation of ingredients, weighing, and the execution of all tasks exactly as told. Additionally, cleaning of the equipment and tools used, including dishes.
- Helping with packaging, counting, stickering, and correct storage and organization of final goods. Assisting with end of the week cleaning responsibilities
- Keeping hygienic and professional in day-to-day activities.
- Servsafe certification.
- Helping other manufacturing team members with any tasks presented to them. Plus other tasks as delegated by leadership.
- Help with basic inventory requirements, such as stock amounts and ordering practices.
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
